RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Santizer Bracelets takes pride in offering the highest quality product, fastest turnaround and friendliest customer service. If you have any problems with merchandise purchased from us, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team at any time. You may return most stock items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange and 30 days to exchange for anything else offered on the website.
Please note this is not valid for items marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Consumable Products: We do not accept returns on consumable products that have been used, including perfume, cosmetics, and other beauty products.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.
Holiday Returns: During the Holiday season (Nov. 1st – Dec 25th), we will only accept returns as long as received by January 15th.
Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately to arrange the exchange of said item.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and your credit from Circa Products should appear on your next statement. Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your return..
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
Shoes: Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
Swimwear and lingerie: Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
Tops and Dresses: Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
DETAILS FOR ANY EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
Santizer Bracelets warranties all products for the first 60 days from the time of purchase. After 60 days, we will attempt to assist with repairs, including providing replacement hardware such as lost buttons or broken snaps to the extent these items or repair services are available from the designer, but we will not provide a complete replacement or refund for an un-repairable product after 60 days unless the Brand-Designer is willing to replace or reimburse the product at this time.

If your payment method was declined, you may have entered your information incorrectly or there may be other issues with the card like a passed expiration date or insufficient funds. When you place an order on Santizer Bracelets (santizerbracelets.com), your credit or debit card is initially authorized (not charged) to ensure funds for the order are available. This authorization hold (not charge) will occur every 7 business days until your order ships. You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
We are required to collect sales tax in all states as required. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address to which your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping charges when applicable. We are also required to collect tax in Puerto Rico and Australia.

When will I receive my order?
To track your order, click here and enter your order number and billing zip code. You will then be able to see all of your order and shipping info.
What is your return policy?
Return any unused or defective merchandise at one of our Canada or US store locations or by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. Please note, made to order items cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned.
Can I change my order?
We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.
Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?
To get your items to you ASAP, we sometimes need to ship different items from different locations like our multiple distribution centers and retail stores.

Why is my item on backorder?
Occasionally, an item for sale on santizerbracelets.com has not yet been received at our distribution center or is so popular that we have trouble keeping it in stock. You may order a back-ordered item to reserve your favorite color and size, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. The expected ship date will be listed when you add an item to your Shopping Bag.
Please note: Back-order shipping dates are subject to change. We will email you with any date changes.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We’re happy to issue a one-time price adjustment for an item from our website if it goes on sale within 14 days of your order shipment date. A refund for the price difference will be issued back to the original form of payment. If you used a Santizer Bracelets gift card to make your purchase, a new gift card will be issued reflecting the difference. santizerbracelets.com is unable to grant price adjustments for purchases made in our retail stores. We do not offer price matching.
